Meet Your Coach

Aloha! I’m Lauren, but my friends call me “Lo.” I’m a Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Counselor, and Life Coach, and I’m here to help women feel strong, eat with intention, and stay grounded… inside and out. I’m deeply passionate about helping others step into their power, build habits that actually stick, and feel good in their bodies every day. Watching my clients grow in strength and confidence is truly the best part of what I do.

When I’m not coaching, you can usually find me with a good cup of coffee, a book in hand, or relaxing on the beach with my husband and our two Frenchies!

  • As a Life Coach, I help you get clear on your goals, navigate challenges, and build the habits and mindset needed to create the life you want. It’s like having a thought partner and accountability buddy rolled into one… focused entirely on your growth.

As both a NASM Certified Nutrition Coach and Certified Personal Trainer, I love to help guide what makes us feel good physically, mentally, and emotionally from the movements we make to the ways we nourish our bodies.

(12) 45-minute virtual sessions that keeps you moving, motivated, and supported every step of the way. We’ll focus on fitness instruction, guided stretching, and strength-building routines tailored to your goals.

Each session includes, life coaching (gives us things talk about as we work out!), habit tracking and accountability to help you stay on track.

Personal Training + Nutrition Coaching

(12) 45-minute virtual sessions plus a fully customized meal program with nutrition coaching to fuel your progress. You’ll get 1-on-1 fitness instruction, goal setting, and support with what you eat and how you move, all from the comfort of home. It’s the ultimate mind-body upgrade.
